Ad Submission Instructions

If you have already committed to ad space for an upcoming issue, please read the following instructions for submitting ad material to us:

IMPORTANT...
1. DO NOT SEND A BUYER'S LINK/MLS Link.
There is an additional $20 charge for each property to pull the photos & prepare the ad from the MLS Listing.
2. DO NOT SEND A PUBLISHER DOCUMENT. THAT PROGRAM IS NOT AVAILABLE TO MAC USERS & PUBLISHER DOCS CANNOT BE OPENED.
3. You may send a general layout idea & wording in a Word Document or PDF.  Images must still be sent as separate attachments.

We will set up the ad for you.  We just need the wording you want to use for the description (lay wording directly into the body of  the e-mail message) & the photos you want to use. If you have more than one property in the ad, be sure it is clear which photos go with which property. Please send them as JPEG or TIFF attachments (largest format possible). The photos do not necessarily come in the order in which you sent them.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The magazine is state-wide, (digital on-line is global) so it is important that you include the following information for your ad:
1) General area (not the actual street address) i.e. Phoenix, Queen Creek, Chandler, Willcox, Prescott, etc. This is really important for the digital magazine to work properly so that readers can type in keywords to find the area they are looking for.
2) Amount of acreage
3) If there are horse facilities, be somewhat specific. To just say "Great horse set-up" is really not descriptive enough.
4) Shorter & "to the point" descriptions are more effective than lengthy ones
5) Including the price or MLS # is up to the advertiser.
6) It is not necessary to state "horse property" or "horse privileges" in the ad. Only property zoned for horses appear in the magazine.

To better serve our advertisers, we have added a "page turning" interface to our website for ease in viewing the PDFs of the pages, as well as incorporating links to websites, e-mail addresses, virtual tours, additional photos, etc.  for advertised properties. These new options will generate additional traffic to our website and your ads, which translates into additional potential buyers for your properties.

NOTE: There are no cancellations on "Show or Special" Reduced Rate Ads.
